The building process is when the virtual model takes physical form. After the foundation and site work has been complete, the entire frame is cut at our shop in Calais and then shipped to the jobsite. When the frame arrives on-site, there is typically a few days of ground assembly to prepare for the raising. Often, we contract a crane service to aid in the raising of the structure. The raising usually takes about one week. After the frame is stood up and pegged off, we then move onto enclosing the frame.
